Yes, it’s tiny but it has a lot going for it. The perfect starting point for your outdoor expeditions and a nice base camp for adventurist spirits exploring the trails, beaches, lakes and mountains of Quadra Island.

It is about the size of a mountain goatherd’s seasonal dwelling and cozy for one or two guests. The hut is outfitted with cold running water, a loft bed accessed by a ladder, a wood stove and an awesome forest view. A short walk away is the bathhouse with an on-demand hot water shower, sink and a flush toilet. For those who like forest bathing, an outdoor clawfoot tub is waiting in the forest. Breakfast baskets with hot coffee and freshly baked goods are available for those who don’t want to rough it too much in the morning.

A wee warning: you may be woken by goats on your porch!
